Cleveland is in Northern Ohio Along the Southern Shores of Lake Erie.

Description: We saw a white to red sphere shaped object moving north to south. Many people saw it. I did not have tripod (sorry), but as I zoomed in you can see how red and bright it was. It looked white from far away. I caught it again at the end of film and it seemed to morph into something very strange. The video does not do it justice.
Note: It appears that the witness zooms in towards the end of the footage. The zoom reveals a red object of strange shape. This same witness has sent interesting photos and videos before.
