Location of Sighting: Corpus Christi, Texas
Description: I was canoeing down the river & saw something in the sky that I had never seen before. It was white, disk shaped, big (a little bigger than an airplane), like a fat disk, not a thin one. It was moving slowly and not always in a straight line for a few minutes. It was kind of moving all around slowly. I tried to take a picture of it, but it looks smaller in the picture for some reason. It started backing away and flew off so fast I could barely catch it with my eyes. I am very confused as to what this was and I am wondering if anyone else in that area had seen it.
Note: The photo isn't compelling by itself, but combined with the witness report lends some report to the sighting which was quite unusual.
