Photo & Enlargement of Bright Object Not Seen, But Later Found on Photo.

About 10 Miles North of Lansing.

Description: My wife and I were outside by our campfire in the backyard taking pictures of some cool clouds and bats. I captured this image which has both of us baffled. I noticed it as soon as it was taken by looking at the camera. When we looked in the sky, neither one of us saw any aircraft. Do you have any thoughts? The second photo show just a small glimpse of the object, but you need to look close near the top right of the photo.
Note: I thought that the bright object may be a bird. However, the shutter speed of the camera was only 1/60 of a second so the apparent distortion in the object is real and not due to camera "time exposure."
