3 Flashing Lights Sway in ZigZag Pattern in Night Sky
The Fort Hood & Killeen Area is
About 150 Miles Southwest of Dallas-Fort Worth.
Date of Sighting: June 16, 2011
Time of Sighting: Between 8:30 PM and 10 PM CDT
Location of Sighting: Between Killeen & Fort Hood, Texas (See Map)
Description: Three UFOs were seen over Killeen and Fort Hood TX. On the 16th of June, 2011 some of us witnessed three flashing objects over Killeen, and Fort Hood. The first one showed up around 8:30 PM and to about 10:00 PM. That is when we stopped watching them. They looked very high in the sky and moved at very quick speeds at some times. They swayed in a zigzag pattern very slowly kind of like the way a jelly fish would swim turning colors and hovering from time to time. Sometimes they would have a burst of light shoot out from them. They never got larger or smaller. Even tonight we see a little bit of strange aircraft movement. Since living in this area for the second time we have seen strange aircraft movement three times. Thanks for reading this email and if you have any explanation on any type of an aircraft that does this type of stuff please let me know what it is.
Note: Skies were clear at the time of the sighting. Winds were brisk from the southeast with gusts to near 30 mph. I don't have an immediate explanation for this sighting, but if the lights were seen that long (90 minutes) might mean that it could be ground lights reflecting off of the sky. However, I have no proof of this. Given that Fort Hood is a military base I would think that the military would take some action to any aerial threat.
