Halliday is a Small Town in West-Central North Dakota
About 30 Miles Northeast of Dickinson.

Description: At approximately 9:15 to 9:20 PM on Saturday, Aug 6th, my husband and I saw a large reddish/orange object (kind of an oblong shape) which appeared as though it were on fire, moving slowly across Halliday, ND in a northwesterly direction. We watched it for about 2 minutes until it slowly moved out of sight. It was difficult to determine the size, but guessing it was as big as an RV. We saw it through the window and as soon as we stepped outside to look at it, it started slowly moving away from us. We would like to know if anyone else witnessed this event.

Note: I interviewed one of the witnesses. The witness presented good observations that would rule out any conventional explanations (meteor, satellite, hot air balloon, airplane or jet).
