Family See Erratic Moving Orange Disk Shaped Object in Night Sky
Homer Glen is a Suburb About 25 Miles Southwest of Chicago.
Date of Sighting: June 12, 2011
Time of Sighting: 9:15 to 9:20 PM CDT

Description: One of the witnesses called and reported the sighting right after it happened. One of the witnesses was outside and noticed a bright orange object in the sky. The object would speed up and slow down repeatedly. When viewed through binoculars the light would go out, but a black disk could be seen where the light had been. The object vanished, but returned a few minutes later. The witness called for members of his family to come outside to view the object. The other family members also saw the object. (Two witnesses were interviewed.) This same object has been seen by the witnesses on a few other nights recently.
