Man Sees Cigar Shaped Object With Flashing Green & Blue Lights
Hot Springs is in Central Arkansas
About 40 Miles West-Southwest of Little Rock.

Description: I woke up at approximately 4:30 in morning. It was still dark outside and partly cloudy. I was sitting in my chair smoking a cigarette and I briefly saw this long cylindrical shaped plane. It almost looked like a single cigar container. The object came in and went up above the clouds and sat there for about 5 minutes. I then saw a darker lime green light that lit up the clouds and flashed. then I saw a flickering bright blue light. The light only lasted about 10 to 15 seconds. I watched for about 30 minutes more and didn't see nothing else. This really puzzles my mind because I have never ever seen anything like this.
