Description: I saw a vertical set of lights white top and bottom with blue lights shooting up and down. It hovered and moved across the sky in Moreno valley, CA. As I watched all the dogs in the neighborhood barked loud and frantically. I took a photo on my I-phone, but wasn't clear and a bit small. It left and then came back about 15 minutes later. It traveled slowly, but covered lots of distance. It also would go up then descend and hover at times. I woke my son to see as it nestled up against the mountain ranges. It stopped then lite up like lightning with no glow or radiant light. It almost looked like an "I" piece of metal being heated. The very bright white blue lights were moving so fast they were almost not moving. Then the lights dimmed. It sped to the west and shot up and the lights vanished. This was the most surreal experience I have had in my 45 years. See attached photo and diagram.
