Which is in the "Bay Area" of Northern California.

Description: The Oakland UFO Squadron is Back 05-26-2011 at 9:40 PM. The same specifications occurred as before. (The heading was approximately to the North (320 Degrees.)
Note: The witness sent an email with a link to his video which is posted on Youtube. The full video can be viewed at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Fz2dD-HGjA. In my opinion this video is compelling. I don't believe that the lights are birds because of the speed and the stability of each light (no wing motion). The lights do not involve a regular aircraft because there is no flashing. (The witness showed what a regular aircraft looked like on the first part of his video posted on Youtube.) I don't have any reason to believe that the witness fabricated this video. However, there is no proof that the video was not fabricated.
