Woman Sees Low Flying Bright Lights Moving Erratically
Palm Harbor is on the West Coast of Florida
About 20 Miles Northwest of Tampa.

Description: I was outside on my balcony around 9:30 PM and a huge (what I thought was a star caught my eye). I then realized it was moving in a back and forth motion. It seemed too close to be a plane. It was circular and about the size of an unshaved pencil top. The lights were all white and very bright like a spot light. It hovered above the tree lines and then started moving up, down and side to side in a diamond shape motion. I then saw to the right a bigger sized one that was flashing red and white mostly white lights. This one was bigger and brighter, but seemed further away. (This looked like about 4 to 5 set of lights that would either stay lite or flash.) It would stay put and not move and then it would start moving again. I kept watching for about 4 more minutes and in that time I saw more in the same kind of way. I then grabbed my video recorder and tried to capture it. All that came out was pitch black and then you can start seeing the lights. I only caught 2 on tape. One actually disappeared and then reappeared. I did catch that on video.
