Description: I saw 3 lights in single file heading North on 84th street in Pasco, WA 99301. They were vibrant lights with colors changing from a bright white to an orange amber color. I heard no sound as the lights moved effortlessly through the night's sky.
Note: It is difficult to discern much detail from the video. An aerial light does appear on the footage, but the footage doesn't really verify any details about the light other than confirm that the witness saw the light (or lights).
