Woman Sees Orange Flame Circular Object Hover Move E& Fade in Night Sky
Portland is in Northern Oregon Next to the Columbia River & Washington Border.

Description: I was in my backyard when I looked up to my right (which was east) and I saw an orange flame in the shape of a not so perfect circle hovering in the sky. It immediately started moving southeast. So I ran to the front of my house and into the street where I watched it fade. It was heading east and disappeared.
