Woman Sees 3 Lights in Diagonal Formation Suddenly Descend
Salem is in Western Oregon
About 50 Miles South-Southwest of Portland.

Description: Hello, I wanted to report a UFO I saw this evening (03-18-11) at around 7:10 PM. I saw 3 white lights in a line that were slightly diagonal. I thought it was a small plane flying quite low. The three balls of light then turned as if making a U-turn and then dove straight down to the ground and disappeared. At first I thought it was a plane crashing. but after it just disappeared I realized it was a UFO.
Note: Skies were overcast with the cloud ceiling at 6,000 feet at the time of the sighting. Therefore the lights would have been flying at or below 6,000 feet.
