Description: I took the video on my cell phone in Seabeck WA. I have seen ball lightning before around Mt Rainier and the Olympic Mountains, but it didn't look like that. The light was coming from the direction of Bangor Submarine Base. It had shape to it. (A jellyfish shaped light was coming from it.) A half hour later a few large planes passed through that area of the sky. It looked like it might be some electromagnetic phenomena. I don't think a solid craft would fly that sporadic.
Note: The light was not ball lightning. Ball lightning is only visible for a second or two. UFO activity has been reported over the years near Bangor Submarine Base.
