Second Report From Witness in Response to Questions: Hi William. I agree that the craft could have been a regular airplane with the exception that when it flew above my building I didn’t see any green or red lights in the wings. It flew low and it didn’t make any noise and that’s why I filmed it, as well as the second craft in the video. They are really strange craft.
Note: A review of the video footage shows a craft with 4 visible lights. The front light and the rear light are flashing. The front light is white and the rear light is red. The witness is correct in that aircraft DID NOT have red and green lights on the wings. She says that she did not see these lights on the wings and that the craft emitted no sound. There is sound on the video, but according to the witness the sound is coming from the street and not the craft.
