Couple See Large Boomerang Shaped ObjectFly Slowly Over Their Home.

The Sighting Occurred in Southeastern North Carolina
About 5 Miles From the Atlantic Coast.
Date of Sighting: July 9, 2011
Time of Sighting: 11 PM EDT

Description: I was seating my wife and I on our apartment deck facing northwest. I was looking up and this boomerang shape just passed by a tree toward us it was a two full size cars as size. It was going approximately at 30 mph. The object made no noise, emitted no smoke or light. The thing that surprise me looking at it was that it pass probably 20 feet from the tree tip. It went over the top of our heads and the shape was like a boomerang, but with the angle at 90 degree instead curved. There were 4 dim amber lights (2 on each side) and the frame or body of this thing was almost transparent. I could see the stars up the sky through the frame of it like it was glass.
Note: This object resembles the boomerang object described in the "Phoenix Lights" incident in March of 1997.
