Description (In Witness's Own Words): Three boys playing in a gravel pit stop and lay in the sand for a rest, look up and see a circular object with a hole in the center, hovering at approx. 25000 ft. It gets larger and smaller as we watch, changing color. It remains there until we leave, still hovering. It looked like a fluorescent light bulb you would see in a kitchen (circular with a distinct hole in the middle). We ran home and told parents, but they made fun of it. Have never seen anything like it since. (Time of sighting-approx.40 minutes)

Investigator's Notes: This is a new sighting and it occurred nearly 40 years ago.  I have sent a list of questions to the primary witness.  New information will be posted as it is received.
