Description (In Witness's Own Words): I saw a bright shining light that rapidly shot from the left to the right a few times.  The light then moved up high and disappeared.  

Investigator's Notes:  This sighting occurred several years ago in a foreign country.  These facts coupled with the fact that the date of the sighting is unknown prohibits any further investigation.  It is worth noting that the witness remembered the sighting after several years and that several witnesses saw the light.
