Description (In Witness's Own Words): I was at my Dad's cottage at the time in Stonecliff, Ontario. It was almost 12 midnight and I decided to go out to the wharf on the Ottawa River and just have some quiet time gazing at the stars. I have always liked doing that. I stood there maybe 20 min. and all of a sudden there was a large object over me . It was huge and it was kind of grey black with many little white lights all over it like little dim stars (see drawing above).  It had bright red lights in the corners and dimmer blue and green lights around it. There was a huge bright light in the middle that was almost blinding. I was in aw and couldn't believe what I was seeing. The ship moved very slowly over me and it was very eerie but so exciting at the same time. I was only 15 at the time but never seen anything like it in my life. The craft was very silent and you couldn't hear anything but you could feel a slight vibration as it was maybe a couple hundred feet over my head. Soon it seemed to move upwards and then I felt or heard nothing, but it all of a sudden was probably 1000 feet or more in the air and looked smaller. When it was close, it was so big I couldn't see the whole ship. As it went further away I could see the whole ship as seen in my picture I created to simulate what I saw. The green and blue lights where a little dimmer than in the picture but the rest is pretty accurate from what I remember. All of a sudden the ship zigged left then curved right and zigged and zagged a few times as it moved further away . This took about 2 or 3 seconds and it was gone. It moved so fast. There is no way a normal plane or military craft could move that fast. Not a jet or any plane I have ever heard of could move that fast in 2 or 3 seconds and move thousands of feet and be gone. There is a military base about an hour and a half away and I have seen many planes and different types of aircraft but never nothing like this. Not in books or in real life. I never told anyone about this as I thought they would think I was nuts. After reading on this site about the sighting in Windsor, Ontario and seeing the drawing they did it brought back memories of what I had seen. I guess I should have reported it or told someone but I didn't know better when I was a kid. I emailed the site and told them I had a similar story from 18 years ago when I was just 15 so they asked me to tell my story. I hope this encourages others that every see something strange in the night to contact this site and write about what they saw.

Investigator's Notes: The witness has recalled in considerable detail a sighting that occurred nearly 20 years ago.  This certainly indicates that the sighting had an impact on him. Like many UFO witnesses he was afraid to come forward because of possible ridicule.  His drawing of the triangle is quite similar to several other triangular object sightings that I have received.  Given the strange motion and aerobatics exhibited by the triangle it is highly unlikely that this craft was any conventional aircraft (e.g. Stealth aircraft).  Therefore I classify this sighting in the unidentified category.
