Description (In Witness's Own Words):  The photograph was taken in August of 1984 at about 2.30 pm. (Sorry I gave you the wrong date). My wife and I were on a 'day trip', by coach, to a place called Weston-Super-Mare, at the mouth of the River Severn, near Bristol UK. It was slightly cloudy but warm, with a slight breeze. We were walking along the seafront near the pier, when my wife indicated an island just off the coast (called Steep Holm). As I looked in the direction she was pointing, (west) I saw and photographed the object. It was traveling northward at about the speed of a light aircraft. It was about halfway between us and the island at about 80 or so feet. After I took the photograph it (the object) disappeared.

Investigator's Notes: This is the second good photo that I have received from this witness.  The classic "saucer shaped" object appears in the photo.  The witness seems credible and I do not think that he hoaxed the photo.  Not much investigation can be made of the photo given that it was taken over 20 years ago and it is in digital format.
