Location of Sighting: Birch Bay State Park (Near Blaine, Washington)
Date of Sighting: March 22, 2017
Time of Sighting: 12:30 AM PDT
Description: On March 22nd 2017 my wife and I saw 12 red lights flashing and changing formation over Birch Bay State Park. There were also random white flashes of light from out in the water every 5 minutes or so. I noticed the lights around 12:30 AM and watched them for over an hour until they just slowly dimmed and were no longer there? It was very strange.
Note: The witness said this sighting was similar to the sighting of Bright Hovering Lights in Spokane, WA on Mar 22, 2017.
