1997 – Baton Rouge, Louisiana – 9 PM Central

Description: I am writing because I saw something unusual. It was about 1997 and I was driving east on Florida Blvd near Cortana mall about 9:00 PM. I was driving a convertible so I could see the sky above me. If it wasn’t for the top down, I would never have seen this. Anyhow I noticed up to my right over the neighborhood in Broadmoor, there was a huge thing in the sky. It looked like it was cloaked because it was the same color as the sky exactly and sort of shimmered, but I couldn’t see the stars through it. This thing was huge and shaped like a triangle. I am thinking it was half mile+ long, but it was flying low and slow and it was silent. I did see some pale blue lights along the back, but I don’t remember seeing any in the front. I was stunned because I couldn’t fathom what I was seeing. I actually pulled over on Florida Blvd so I could watch this thing. It never varied from it’s speed or altitude. I never heard anything from anyone else in B.R. about seeing this so I never mentioned it to anyone.
