Description: Yesterday evening at approximately 10:00 PM EDT, while driving on interstate US 490 south towards downtown Rochester, NY (just south of the US 390 interchange near the Ridge Road exit), my son and I spotted two flickering orange orbs almost directly above us. The lights appeared to be standing still and were fairly close, far underneath the cloud cover. Since we were moving in traffic we were past them too quickly to get a photo, but their appearance was very similar to photos on this site.
