Description: Myself and another person, saw a blue, red, green light stopped in the sky. It stayed there for about 30 seconds then it moved from side to side. It made an vertical circle and flew down where I couldn’t see it anymore. It wasn’t moving like a plane or any other thing I have ever seen.
