Time of Sighting: 5:40 PM Local Time
Description: I spotted 3 box or diamond like objects high up in the storm clouds. I took a picture with my cell phone on almost full zoom and this is what I got. The objects were moving in and out of the clouds and hard to see with the naked eye do to the low light conditions. The event lasted only 3 or 4 minutes. My educated opinion as an international aircraft mechanic was that these objects were observing our area while hiding in the clouds.

Also I feel like even if it were drones, it would be unlikely that they would need three of them so close together up there, just to take pictures of the clouds?
Maybe this is just drones taking pictures of the storm? Or can I ask, does your government observe or spy on it’s citizens? Could be government drones, spying on the citizens is one guess, or maybe even a weather station tracking the storm?
I am a retired meteorologist. I don’t see any reason why drones would be used to study those clouds. They are storm clouds, but they don’t look too threatening.
