Time of Sighting: 11:45 PM EDT
Description: I saw four airborne objects hovering in the West moving in an irregular pattern with pulsating red, green, and white lights not comparable to airplane lights. I made a clear observation made with high powered binoculars. One main object remained in the distance in a holding position while changing the light pulsating patterns. The remaining three objects moved away in an irregular pattern too low on the horizon to be aircraft. This is not the first sighting. In January, 2016 I observed eight airborne objects with pulsating red, blue and white lights. The objects moved in an observable interwoven pattern for thirty minutes before dispersing.
