Description: Hi: I saw something like what you are describing tonight about 20 minutes ago. it was over Arbroath, Scotland. I too think I could make out 4 individual lights and then they kind of merged as it moved away. I think I could also hear it like a train engine or a ship sort of, but it was windy so drowned out a fair bit. It was only there for about 30 seconds or so, but it was definitely there. Maybe it was a helicopter or something, but I just don’t think it was. The light was like a police ambulance or fire truck blue as it looks at night just behind the cloud.
Note: The witness is commenting on a UFO sighting from another blog. The location of the sighting is not known, but the title of the sighting was “Blue Lights Behind Clouds at Night.”
