Location of Sighting: Spencer, Wisconsin

Time of Sighting: 9 PM EST
Description: My train crew and I (total of three people) saw these lights in Spencer, WI on 12-15-18, at approximately 9:00 pm. As we were on a train, federal law prevents us from using electronic devices, so we weren’t able to photograph them.
There were a total of four lights, but they were in a loose line formation, with one of lagging behind the other three. We couldn’t judge their height, but they seemed to be moving relatively slow.
Note: The witness is referring to the sighting of orange lights in oval formation sighted over Goodrich, WI on Dec 23, 2011.
