Location of Sighting: Kodiak, Alaska
Date of Sighting: May 14, 1981
Time of Sighting: 12:15 AM Local Time
Description: I was hiking up the hill while our fishing vessel was being repaired in Kodiak Harbor when I happened to look up and saw 5 cigar shaped objects that glowed the color of the headlights that are kind of a bluish tint. There was no sound, no wings or anything similar and they were moving very slow in formation. Two were “flying” over the three and they were all the same distance apart. There were no clouds in the sky so it was hard to judge altitude or size, but I would guess they were about the size of a 40 foot tractor trailer or a bit bigger if they were at a higher altitude. I watched for about 5 minutes until the disappeared .
The reason I did not report until now is I just watched a UFO TV program. Feel free to call if you desire more info.
