Description: I saw lights moving across the sky, like they were chasing or playing with each other. They were disappearing behind the clouds and coming back. I watched them for about 15 minutes. The lights got brighter as they went faster across the sky. The green lights were in a circle shape. They moved from side to side. I got them on video, not a great quality, but you can see the light in the sky moving and getting brighter.
