PHOTO & ENLARGEMENT OF ANOMALOUS OBJECT FOUND IN BACKGROUND.
Description: This image only showed up when reviewing the photo. Perhaps it is an insect or a bird?
Note: I don’t think that the anomalous object is a bird. It could be an insect or even perhaps a drone or helicopter. It is difficult to tell. I would think that the witness would have heard a helicopter.

I think you are probably right with the insct idea. I could only see it as a bird if it was a hawk coming down on the attack with the bird fly towards the camera. Looking again maybe it has something it’s already caught? I don’t know it is pretty baffling though.
