Description: My friend and I were walking on the beach in Belmar, NJ a few weeks ago when we saw an orange floating light over the ocean. There were boats and planes out that night. This was not either. There were two at first and then by the time I got my camera there was only 1. I have it on video. It was a very strange soft glowing orange light.
