Description: At 22:39 on Sunday the 29th of July my partner and I were lying on the bed watching TV with lights off and the curtains open. It was completely dark by now and a cloudy night. Something caught our eye out the window to our right and we both immediately looked. It was a ball with bright blue and red lights on it, 2 or 3 of each color and how the lights were shaped meant the lights created the illusion that it was a ball. It appeared to be not far away. I would say it was within 50 meters and therefore it’s size would be maybe the size of a beach ball. (It happened so fast I can’t be 100% sure on the distance so the size could have been bigger or slightly smaller and closer.) It was moving. It rose up and down smoothly in an arch shape rising 20 meters before accelerating on the down loop and speeding up at constant speed and shooting away east at an 80 degree downward angle and out of sight of my view from the bed. The window was open and it made no obvious sound. We have never seen anything like it. It was not a normal flying object, I wouldn’t have thought a drone could maneuver like that at such speed and it was not a reflection. All this took maybe 2 seconds. I rushed to the window within 2 or 3 seconds to look east, but saw nothing. We rushed outside for a clearer view east, but again saw nothing. I think I have seen the same thing. It was just 3 days later and in Texas.
