Time of Sighting: 9:15 PM EST
Description: I was looking out of my window viewing the sky and this is what I saw. (The witness was wondering if the objects seen and videotaped were bats.)
Note: The objects could be birds or bats. The video is out of focus so little detail can be determined.

It looks like moving sky lights or sky beams that you see at major events.
