Black Shadowy Image Seen & Muffled Sounds Heard.

Location of Sighting: Sacramento, California
Date of Sighting: January 22, 2020
Time of Sighting: 3 AM PST

Description: Exactly the time I awoke and as I opened my eyes an object in all black shadowy
image had disappeared in my room. With the disappearance there was a muffling sound. I was unable to sleep afterwards. I wasl eft paralyzed thinking what I had heard and seen. This was my second encounter with this dark object or entity. I had previously seen this entity leaving and moving extremely fast in my backyard as I opened my sliding door. This was around early morning 2 to 3 AM.
