Location of Sighting: Everett, Washington
Date of Sighting: September 4, 2015
Time of Sighting: 2:25 AM PDT
Location: I-5 Southbound just north of Dagmar’s Boat Business, about 1/2 mile north of the City of Everett, WA.
Time: 2:25 AM
Duration: 1-2 seconds
Object: Perfectly round just bigger than the size of a full moon.
Temperature: 51 degrees
Visibility: – Clear, clouds building to the east
Description: I heard a large boom, looked up and saw this object travelling west to east, it appeared to be heading into our atmosphere just south and in front of me.
The object was a brilliant white, and it almost hurt my eyes, and it maintained a perfectly round shape, with a white less solid mist around it and trailing which emitted a mint green color around some of the border. It then disappeared behind something as it hit our atmosphere.
The moon was setting to the East, and not visible in the location of the object. I felt slightly distressed after seeing this, and felt “off”.
Note: I know this witness. She is a highly qualified observer given that she has was worked in the aviation field for several years and is very familiar with state-of-the-art aircraft. She was quite convinced that the object was not a meteor because it had no tail.Note to Commenters: If you are reporting a sighting, be sure to include the location (city, state, country), date and time of your sighting.
