Description: The witness called and left a voice-mail message (above recording) of his sighting. He and his family were startled by a bright flash through their curtains. The flash was followed by a loud bang that caused their swinging windows to move about an inch in and out.
Note: A check of the American Meteor Society website did not reveal any meteor sightings in the area. Perhaps someone had set off some fireworks on New Year’s Eve? Some questions have posed to the witness via a voice-mail message. Updates will be posted.
