Location of Sighting: Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
Date of Sighting: March 20, 2020
Time of Sighting: 4:45 AM Local Time
Description: On the insistence of my children we were sleeping on the terrace. It was early morning, 4:45 AM on the 20th of March 2020, when my sleep was broken and I saw through the mosquito net a bright object circling a star. The object was as big as the star itself and it seemed as if one star was circling around the other. At first I thought that my eyes were playing tricks on me. So, I gently rubbed my eyes and saw again. The bright object was still circling the star. Then all of a sudden as if by a catapult the bright object was thrown off southward at a great speed. It traveled in a straight path for sometime, then zigzagged and disappeared. This happened very close to the constellation ‘Saptarishi’ (seven sages) in the Northern sky. I wonder what it was and if others have seen it too.
