Time of Sighting: 9:35 PM PDT
Description: I was in the passenger seat on the I-405 north going towards the SFV. It was a couple hours before the sun set. I noticed a bright object floating in the sky. The next thing I know I see tons of smaller white objects floating around the brighter object. Someof the smaller objects even moved about inconsistently. I can’t find any other sightings related this one.
Note: Who knows what these objects are? Could be birds, balloons or UFO’s? The large object has a strange shape.

Very interesting. There is a large number (60+) of small white objects all moving at the same speed and direction together with 2 in the middle of them moving faster than the rest and about the same speed together and in the same direction. This is not possible for balloons I don’t think. The larger one is moving with all the smaller ones in same direction about the same speed and possibly with the wind. The out of focus enlarged larger object looks like a balloon cluster with a thick bundle of strings hanging from bottom which I have seen and video taped before many times in the past. It needs more focus to confirm though. The similar larger object type I have seen in the past has had release of spheres included as a UFO type object. Overall I consider this to be very unusual for balloons and a highly probable UFO event.
