Time of Sighting: 5:50 PM EST
Description: I saw a bright star-like object. It moved in a fast pattern of up, down and horizontal. I have video, and pictures. The video shows the movements. The enlarged image shows a black object in the lower section of the bright object in the shape of a seven or boomerang. The object disappeared in about 10 minutes. From the height and position in the sky from Annapolis the object would be somewhere over DC.
