Time of Sighting: 8 PM PDT
Description: I am in Los Angeles and saw the same thing you have described on the same date. I happened to notice it a few minutes after 8 PM. It was still light out and I saw a bright white cigar shaped object in the sky. It didn’t move and disappeared after about 3 minutes.
