Time of Sighting: Between 7 and 8 PM EDT
Description: A man was outside on his balcony and noticed a very bright white light to the north. He lives in the north part of Toronto and regularly sees aircraft. He said that this was no aircraft. He also regularly sees drones. He also was positive that the light was no drone. The light moved a little, but still stayed over the trees. He saw the light for about five minutes before it abruptly blinked out. Skies were mostly clear and there were a few clouds. It was still daylight when the light was sighted.
