Description: On May 23, 2016 my wife watched what seems to be the same thing you saw. I managed to take 1 picture before it disappeared.
Response From Witness: Yes and the town is Keswick, Ontario, Canada. The object was a red and orange ball that looked similar to a flare, but was definitely not a flare. It flew directly towards us at a height of approximately 1,000 feet then veered away from us, climbed quickly and then accelerated out of sight. We viewed it for about 5 minutes in total. It was the most fascinating thing I have ever seen. I wish I could of got a better shot of it.
