Craft Like Double Wheel With Multicolored Lights.

Location of Sighting: Between Des Moines & Federal Way, Washington
Date of Sighting: July 4, 2019
Time of Sighting: Between 10:30 and 11 PM PDT

Description: Last night I was driving home southbound on Interstate 5 between Des Moines, Washington and Federal Way, Washington USA. I observed one circular craft like a double wheel not a flat disk with multicolored lights. Actually it was a double ring with blinking multicolored lights moving in a counterclockwise fashion with what appeared to be some sort seat in the middle. The only way to explain it clearly is it resembled something like Ezekiel’s wheels in the holy Bible. The craft flew directly overhead several times as if it was making a circular pattern to either side of me. To the left and to the right were 4 glowing hovering almost Angel like orbs just levitating as if they were observing. I could not get a picture because I was driving and by the time I got home to Federal way got home to grab my camera they had disappeared from sight. This is not the first time I have observed these. The last time was around the Christmas holidays when I saw dozens of them.
