Location of Sighting: Fairbanks, Alaska

Time of Sighting: 3:30 AM Local Time
Description: I saw four multicolored lights visible underneath aircraft from ground view. The craft was flying around 500 to 600 feet elevation, moving at approximately 750 MPH. It flew past the park then dipped below a tree line in neighborhood. I have no images, but it sounds and looks exactly like event 1 from 2/22/19.
