Description: My sighting occurred in Woodinville, WA. Strobing lights were seen in the direction of Duvall, so that would be Northeast of us? The lights seen with a red ring of lights above the main white-ish strobing lights. The lights hovered for at least one to two minutes. Upon saying this out loud it seemed to sense our watching it. And it began to move toward another smaller orb looking light and then zoomed toward the other smaller light. Then scared my friend came inside and looked out the back window and it made no noise, but came in even closer toward her home.
