Description: I saw about 8 or 9 bright reddish orange lights lined up in about a 45 degree angle. That were larger than a star and showed through the thin cloud cover. No stars were visible outside of these lights.
Note: Scattered clouds were measured at 7,000 feet and skies were mostly cloudy with two layers at 8,500 and 11,000 feet respectively.
