PHOTO OF “NEON LIGHT” TYPE OBJECT ENLARGED & BRIGHTENED.
Description: We saw a flying object moving in a East to West direction at approximately 5:54 PM. The object was viewed in Buena vista, NJ, on 28 Dec 2013. We saw a round object with a steady bright neon light all around it. It moved at a slow speed, maybe 5 to 15 MPH I guess. My son took a picture of the object with his cell phone while I observed with my brother’s binoculars. (It does not look like any airplane or anything that I have known before. We just couldn’t explain what it was. My entire family witnessed it too.
