Description: I heard dogs barking, woke up & saw a bright object in the sky above the treeline. I first thought it was bright lights from working on road or helicopter search light. But it was stationary and made no noise. About 10 minutes later, the dogs were still barking. I looked out the window again and the light was still there, but was brighter & pulsating. It illuminated the clouds behind it. The minute I decided to get in my car & look at it closer it shut off like a flashlight. Everything was dark again. This happened on the morning on Oct 8, 2018. It was about 06:00-06:30. The location of sighting was Chardon, Ohio.
