Description: I saw an erratic moving, blinking orb. I recorded a video of the object.
Note: The video shows that the object was blinking rapidly. The object is not an airplane or helicopter. The object also appears to change colors. The movement is unknown as the apparent erratic movement could be due to camera shake.
